PSG Star Adrien Rabiot has hinted that he has spoken to Manchester United over a possible move to the Old Trafford this summer.
The 25-year-old has been in a dispute with PSG after refusing to sign a new contract at the club which has resulted in him being frozen out of the team for the second part of the last season.
With his contract running out, the talented Midfielder is set to leave the French Capital on a free next month with many big European clubs eyeing for his signature.
Manchester United have already lost Ander Herrera to PSG on a free transfer last month and Ed Woodard is looking to make it even by snatching up Rabiot on a free as a replacement for the Spaniard.
Apart from Manchester United, Arsenal and Juventus have also been heavily linked with the Midfielder in the recent weeks.
While, no one cares about Arsenal anymore, Juve are still one of the biggest clubs in the world and we are in a fight with the Turin club if we want to sign Adrien Rabiot this summer.
As per the player himself:
“I’ve spoken with Juventus, it’s a great club where everyone would like to play,” he told Corriere dello Sport.
“I like Italy so much, it’s wonderful here. A demanding season awaits me.
“At Juventus? Juve watched me and we talked about it, but I can’t say anything.
“Spoken to Manchester United? It’s the same as last year, I have to decide. I’m on vacation for now. Soon you will know.”
Rabiot, who has made 227 appearances for PSG in all competitions scoring 24 goals, is also a five-time Ligue 1 and French Cup Champion.
Regarded as one of the most talented player to come up from the PSG academy, Rabiot also had a small stint at Manchester City in 2008, although he failed to make any senior appearances for the noisy neighbors.
Manchester United are desperate to strengthen their midfield in the summer and Rabiot, definitely, could be one of the better options.
