Liverpool beat out Tottenham in the last minute. Courtesy of that hard fought result, Liverpool are now two points above Manchester City.

Klopp gave many fans the bloopers when he dropped Fabinho from the Starting XI. Liverpool almost didn’t win it without him but then he came on as a substitute. The rest is all history now.

Anfield Legend John Aldridge has voiced his support for the Brazilian midfielder. He thinks that Klopp has no business dropping the midfielder in any of the remaining matches.

“At the moment, he [Fabinho] is imperative to Liverpool and he’s been excellent for a number of months in midfield.

“I think at this present moment in time, he is absolutely Liverpool’s best midfielder, without a doubt.”

There are a lot of big games between now and the end of the season for Liverpool and I expect Fabinho to feature heavily. At Southampton this Friday, I think Klopp has to start Fabinho too.”
