Unai Emery’s side missed their last chance to qualify for Europe’s elite club competition after losing to London rivals Chelsea in the finals of Europa League on Wednesday night.

From the next season, the North London outfit will be playing in the second tier of European competition, and Emery is most likely to sell some of his key players to raise funds to revamp his squad.

The Daily Star states that Mesut Ozil, Shkodran Mustafi and Henrikh Mkhitaryan could be leaving the Emirates this summer, which may not be a surprise for the fans.

Ozil with a £350,000-per-week pay had been very much inconsistent due to his poor performance on the pitch.

Emery will look to offload Ozil as soon as possible, while the management will decide about Mustafi and Mkhitaryan since their respective moves to The Emirates.

The Gunners boss is still said to maintain his interest on Crystal Palace winger Wilfried Zaha, Bournemouth attacker Ryan Fraser and Ajax midfielder Donny van de Beek while lack of finances would refrain him to look out for more affordable options.

Talented youngsters like Reiss Nelson and Emile Smith Rowe will make their return from loan moves over the summer, however, and can have some key roles to the play in the next season.

In other Arsenal transfer rumours, Gunners are looking to improve their squad to be more competitive in Premier League, after a having a disastrous end to the season.

As fans will be expecting for big moves this summer and Unai Emery has the massive task of signing new players on a meagre budget of £40 million.
