According to a report published by the Daily Mail, Manchester United midfielder Paul Pogba has fixed a date for his return to the first-team action.
Pogba has remained on the sidelines for the most of the season due to an unfortunate ankle injury and has played only 71 minutes of football since September.
The world cup winning France international recently published photos of himself in the gym on Instagram with the caption “#onlesauraslesmechants” which means “we’ll get the bad guys”.
Paul Pogba’s next phase of recovery will be outdoor training at Carrington, which will start within two weeks. It will take him another two weeks for him to achieve any kind of match-fitness.
This also means that Pogba has a chance to make it to the bench of for the Manchester derby at Old Trafford on March 8th and is likely to be available for the trip to London to face Tottenham on March 15th.
Having Pogba fit again will provide a major boost for Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s men as they mount a challenge on three fronts, with a top four finish in the Premier League, the Europa League and FA Cup all within their grasp.
Seeing the Frenchman line up alongside new signing Bruno Fernandes is a mouthwatering prospect for Manchester United fans.
