Sporting CP Midfielder Bruno Fernandes was seen leaving the pitch in tears which has convinced the Man Utd fans that he’s coming to the Old Trafford.

Bruno Fernandes has been a long term target of Ole Gunnar Solskjaer with the gaffer desperate to add the 24-year-old in the central midfield to instill some creativity in the squad.

The Central Midfielder had an incredible season with Sporting CP last campaign where he managed to score 20 goals and provide 13 assists in the Primiera League.

The Red Devils doesn’t have a creative force in the midfield, except Paul Pogba, and we all know about the transfer speculations regarding the Frenchman.

Man Utd are said to have reached an agreement with Sporting CP for £63m for the 24-year-old and in the latest update on Fernandes to Utd, the midfielder was seen crying as he walked off the pitch after Sporting’s 2-1 defeat to Valencia.

It’s widely speculated that Bruno Fernandes has just made his last appearance for the Portuguese club and will now jet into Manchester for the medicals at the Carrington in the next few days.

The 24-year-old has already talked about his desire to join the Premier League club, albeit in a professional manner:

“The president decides that, not me,” he said.

“I don’t care about the market, I’ve talked about this many times.

“The only thing I can do now is that I need to catch the plane so I don’t miss it.

“I told you I’d like to play in England. It may be when the club decides.”

While nothing has been confirmed yet, it is looking more and more likely that the midfielder will be donning a Manchester United jersey by the start of the next season of the Premier League.
