Tottenham’s Brazilian star Lucas Moura can be a world beater if he can deliver the goods on a regular basis according to Noel Whelan.
Moura, who has shown flashes of brilliance throughout his tenure at Spurs needs to be more consistent just like his teammate Son Heung Min.
Speaking to Football Insider, Whelan said,” “Since his move from PSG, there have been glimpses of what makes Moura special – fantastic mobility and his brilliant manipulation of the ball,” Whelan said.
“He’s got a great talent, but we should be talking about him a lot more. He has been inconsistent and only fired intermittently.
“Moura can be a world beater if he gets it right. He has to be a lot better next season when he should be winning matches regularly like Son does. He has a real talent.”
The Brazilian will need to deliver even more so now as Harry Kane has suffered a ‘Significant’ ankle injury and can be out for the remainder of the season.
