Chelsea are reportedly set to offer club legend Petr Cech a role in the dugout after the Czech hangs up his boots at the end of the season.
He is currently at Chelsea’s arch-rivals Arsenal playing the second fiddle to Bernd Leno.
The Telegraph report that Chelsea are considering Cech as a potential addition to their backroom staff.
According to the same report, Chelsea’s backroom staff could see a major overhaul in the summer with head coach Maurizio Sarri’s future also uncertain, the 36-year-old could be offered a technical role at the club’s training ground.
The appointment will come as a major joy for the fans who regard Cech very highly and perhaps as the greatest keeper in the Club’s history.
