Chelsea fans had probably written off French defender Kurt Zouma after enduring a difficult few years, but the Frenchman was in fine form for the Toffees in their win over West Ham.
BBC Pundit Garth Crooks named him in his Premier League XI of the weekend and further singing praises of the loaned out Chelsea ace.
‘Meanwhile, Kurt Zouma is starting to look like a defender who can be trusted,’ Crooks said.
‘Kurt Zouma has won 68% of his aerial duels in the Premier League this season; it is the highest percentage of any Everton centre-back.’
Everton are reportedly interested in permanently securing the services of the Frenchman with Chelsea playing hardball because of their impending transfer ban.
