According to the emerging reports, Ajax manager Erik ten Hag could be the perfect man to be Chelsea’s next boss.
The Blues are looking for their new boss for this summer, with Maurizio Sarri been linked with the vacant Juventus high profile post after he won the Europa League in his first term at Stamford Bridge.
However, French football journalist Julien Laurens thinks that Ten Hag would be the perfect fit for the club.
The Dutch guided Ajax to a domestic double and also to the semifinals of the Champions League this season, where they lost to Tottenham in a heartbreaking last-minute goal.
Ten Hag had also played a key role in developing many young players for the first-team players, with the likes of Frenkie de Jong and Matthijs de Ligt.
Laurens said: “I think Sarri will go to Juventus, so the new manager will be massive. They can’t get this one wrong.
“I’m not saying Chelsea WILL go for him or that he will say yes, but if that’s the direction you want to take, there’s no better man than Erik ten Hag to get all those young players through.”
Do you think that he will be the right choice for Chelsea?
