Harry Winks has high praises for midfield partner Moussa Sissoko labelling him critical to the Spurs’ hopes of winning the Champions League.
Winks, whose team hasn’t seen a single addition in almost two seasons despite a severe scarcity of players in several key positions.

On top of it, Spurs have had to deal with the departure of Moussa Dembele who has been a stalwart in Spurs midfield for the better part of this decade.
To make matters worse, Victor Wanyama and Eric Dier have missed long parts of the campaign due to injuries and illnesses.
All the above left Mauricio Pochettino with no choice but to field Moussa Sissoko and Harry Winks in heart of the midfield.

Sissoko, who had been earlier labelled as ‘Spurs’ worst signing ever’ has silenced every single one of his critics repaying the faith Mauricio Pochettino has kept in him.
His midfield partner also seems to be awestruck the way Sissoko has turned his fortunes at Tottenham and endeared himself to the Spurs fans.
“I can’t speak highly enough of him.
“Moussa’s story is incredible really. It’s fair to say the first two seasons didn’t go the way he wanted them to, he had a lot of lows, but you can take inspiration from what he’s done this season. He never stopped believing in himself and working hard to get to where he is today.” He told the club’s official website.
“He’s reaping the rewards of his hard work and that’s why everyone loves him and thinks so highly of him.”
Shedding further light onto the Frenchman’s value in the dressing room, Winks said:
“He’s a great person as well as a great a player. His character around the dressing room is just as important as his ability and his influence on the pitch.
“He’s a top, top guy and everyone is so happy for the season he has had.”
