Jurgen Klopp admits it was not easy for Liverpool to deal with Tottenham strikers Harry Kane and Heung Min Son despite being able to secure a fortunate 2-1 win at Anfield on Sunday, as reported by Football London.
“I was not surprised that we conceded a goal because in the second half we were not as good,” Liverpool manager said.
“Spurs changed from a five to a four (in defence). Harry dropped a little bit more and Son came on and it didn’t make things easy. They scored a super goal when they were quicker in mind than we were.”
Harry Kane provided a beautiful assist for Spurs’ equaliser, however, like Son, could not end up on the winning side.
