Manchester United board have promised Ole Gunnar Solskjaer 3 new signings after the 4-0 (aggregate) defeat against Barcelona in the Champions League.
Manchester United are looking to sign a partner for Victor Lindelof with Raphael Varane, Kalidou Koulibaly and Kostas Manolas on the list.
The second position that OGS is trying to strengthen is the Right Wing with the Red Devils linked to Jadon Sancho, Wilfried Zaha and Bruno Fernandes.
Finally, Woodward and co. are looking at a Right Back after Antonio Valencia confirmed this to be his last season at Man United. The likes of Aaron Wan-Bissaka and Thomas Meunier have been linked with United for that position.
The 3 signings could also rise to 4 if Ander Herrera leaves for free and United is forced to sign a Central Midfielder as his replacement.
OGS has already hinted at summer signings after the defeat against Barcelona:
“We’re on with the job and have spoken to the players about it as well.
“That we need to get the best out of each other, create an environment of top, top, top class attitude, world-class attitude every single day.
“Because we’ve got good players and I’ve got good players to work with.
“And, as I said, at the moment we’ve done really, really well to get to the quarters and challenge for top four.
“So we’ve got a rebuilding job but it starts with the coaches and players, and of course one or two additions to the squad will happen in the summer.”
