Arsenal legend Thierry Henry has been labelled as a “pain in the backside” by his former team-mate Lauren.

The former Cameroon player was a part of the invincible’s Arsenal team led by the legend Thierry Henry, which won the 2003-04 season, without a single defeat in the entire season.

The 46-year-old full back revealed, there was stiff competitiveness which lead the team to win the trophy.

Talking about Henry, he sad, it wasn’t any fun during training sessions with the French legend.

“We were living 100% football,” he told BBC Sport. “On the training ground, everyone wanted to be the best – when they picked two sides; no-one wanted to be the referee.

“It was competitive with any discussion about anything – we were arguing about everything.

“Thierry Henry was a pain in the backside; it was unbelievable.”
