The Liverpool fans brutally taunted Luis Suarez in Barcelona’s slumpy defeat in the Champions League semi-final in the second leg.
After the full 90 minutes, the home side was dipped into celebrations; however, Liverpool produced one of their best Champions League performances in history to overturn the 3-0 deficit and winning 4-3 on aggregate.
Amidst the wild celebrations at the Anfield faithful, one fan on Twitter chose to ridicule the star using one of his tattoos.
Suarez has a tattoo underneath his ear of his trademark celebration, with three fingers stuck up.
And the fan in question used the tattoo to mock the Uruguayan, posting an image of it with the number four and a dash next to it, recreating the aggregate scoreline.
The forward was being loudly abused during the game by Liverpool fans. Boos and shouts of “cheat” and “f**k off Suarez” could be heard throughout.
Suarez expressed his anger after the defeat and appeared to slam his team-mates for the manner of conceding the fourth goal.
The Uruguayan blamed his defenders for the goal and referred to them as children.
“I think we have to do a lot of self-criticism, we are adults, we have many years at this level,” Suarez said.
“We must reproach ourselves for things that we have done wrong, like thinking that everything was done.
“We should not blame the coach, and we are the players who play.
“I do not know if it’s a matter of attitude, but we’re in Barcelona, we cannot concede two quick goals. The fourth is a goal by kids.”
It seems Suarez is not happy with his teammates the way they lost semi-final to Liverpool.
