Liverpool have a disadvantage due to Champions League rules

Liverpool recently received news that all of their main players such as Andy Robertson and Roberto Firmino will be back for the Champions League final. However, there is a small disadvantage for Jurgen Klopp’s men.

The Express reports that because Liverpool are a team from the bottom part of the draw for the Champions League (quarter-final), they will be given the away dressing rooms at the Wanda Metropolitano.

Liverpool are drawn as the away team in the UCL final
Liverpool will be allocated more than 16000 tickets for the final

Atletico moved into the new Madrid stadium at the beginning of 2017-18 from their previous arena. Since then they have only lost twice at the new venue. Besides the facilities in the home dressing rooms are enhanced as compared to the away one.

So Liverpool players and staff will have to do with the second best when it comes to facilities at the stadium. Perhaps that will give them even more motivation to go out on the pitch (rather than stay in the dressing rooms) and win the match for Liverpool.

The world will watch an all England final in both the Champions League and the Europa League. Tottenham qualified for the final in just as exciting manner as Liverpool as they overcame a 3 goal deficit against Ajax.

Tottenham are hoping Harry Kane returns in time for the match at Wanda Metropolitano as they are drawn as the home team in the tie. Liverpool will go with absolute conviction of being crowned Champions of Europe.
