Liverpool is reported to have joined the race to sign Dinamo Zagreb’s forward Dani Olmo in this summer transfer window, according to clickliverpool
The 21-year-old forward has scored 12 goals for Dynamo in the last season and helped the club in winning Croatia’s domestic title.
Since 2018 Liverpool has been keeping tabs on Dani Olmo, but this could be the ideal time to sign, given his market value is estimated at £23m.
The reports also suggest that Bayern Munich, Paris Saint-Germain, Inter Milan and Manchester United have also shown their interest in signing Dani Olmo.
Klopp has been impressed with his performance in the European Under-21 Championships, as he contributed to teams winning cause over Germany in the finals.
Olmo, recently in an interview to Mundo, revealed if he considers leaving the club,
“‘But those of England, Germany and Italy also attract me very much.
‘Because I am still young and for me, it is most important that I have minutes.’
Olmo spent seven years at Barcelona’s La Masia academy from 2007-14 before joining the Croatian club Dinamo Zagreb in 2014.
He also won the best player and the best young player award in the Croatian football league the last season.
