Liverpool is reportedly looking to sell their striker Taiwo Awoniyi in this summer transfer window.

The 21-year-old player played nine matches for the Belgian club, Mouscron, and scored 11 goals and chipped in with seven assists in the last season.

Liverpool is aiming to cash in on a reasonable fee for their striker Taiwo Awoniyi, who was in good form during his last season on a loan.

The reports suggest that clubs like Mainz, Metz, Nice, Toulouse, Club Brugge and Hertha Berlin have also shown their interest in the Nigerian striker.

However, if Liverpool management receives a good offer for Awoniyi, they would even let him go on another season loan.

Taiwo recently revealed why he joined Liverpool, ” I chose Liverpool because I would love to play in the English Premier League for Liverpool. If God says it will happen, then it will, but if not, then I can only go on with my life and career.”

With several clubs looking for his signature this summer it has to be seen where Taiwo will ply his trade next summer.

Taiwo has also played 54 matches for the Nigerian national team and has scored eight goals.
