Liverpool bought Serbian attacking midfielder Marko Grujic from Red Star Belgrade in the winter window of 2016. Grujic has only ever made 8 appearances for Liverpool this season and may be moved on in the summer.
The attacking midfielder is currently on loan at Hertha BSC in the Bundesliga. He has made 20 appearances so far scoring 4 goals and an assist.
Liverpool do not see a place for him at Anfield next season, or even further down the road. His contract runs out in 2023 and Liverpool have some nice leverage if they want to make money on the youngster.
There is interest in him from Spain, with Atletico Madrid willing to pay in the region of £30 million for him.
Labelled as a great talent by the Hertha manager, it would be benefitial to everyone involved if he was sold this summer.
