Reports suggest that Liverpool has shown interest in FC Porto striker Moussa Marega, according to thekoptimes
Marega has scored 20 goals and provided 11 assists in across all the competitions for Porto this season.
The 28-year-old Marega played against Liverpool in the quarter-final of the Champions League this season and created a couple of chances to score.
Reports suggest that West Ham United are also in the queue for the Porto striker.
There are a few quality players from Africa in the Liverpool squad with the likes of Sadio Mane and Mo Salah, and Marega could be a decent addition to Klopp’s squad.
His tough physicality and pace on the field can provide support to Roberto Firmino in the attack.
It will be quite interesting to see if Moussa Marega can be a Liverpool player next season.
Porto wants a fee of €30million as claimed by Liverpool Echo for the Mali star which seems to be a decent value for the striker given his performance in the Portuguese league.
