The 24-year-old scored twice in Liverpool’s 4-0 historic win over Barcelona in the Champions League semi-final.
Liverpool is keen to hold on to Origi, given his recent performance.
But the Spanish newspaper Estadio Deportivo states that Origi could soon be on his way out of Liverpool in search of more playing time.
The Spanish club Betis are targeting Origi, who has just a year left on his current contract with Liverpool and could be available in a range of €20m in this transfer window.
The reports also suggest that Origi is waiting for the appropriate time when he can approach other European clubs about a potential move.
Recently, Origi spoke about his future, admitting that he would make a decision very soon.
“I don’t want to talk too much about my future right now, but Liverpool know my qualities and the club have recently made an offer of a contract extension. That’s the first step.
“I am feeling comfortable at Liverpool, and I think that’s important. On top of that, we have in Jurgen Klopp, an absolutely top coach.
With so many speculations on Origi’s future, it has to be seen whether the Belgian would be staying at the Anfield or seeking out a new club for more playing time.
