Liverpool is reportedly close to agreeing on a deal to sell Rafael Camacho to Sporting Lisbon for a low fee of €10m in this summer transfer window, according to rushthekop
The reports suggest that negotiations between both the clubs are underway, given that Portuguese midfielder has already expressed his desire to leave the club.
Liverpool has demanded a fee of €10 million for Camacho from Sporting, however, they are now willing to accept anything less, in return following the clause.
Sporting would prefer to shell out around €6 million for the 19-year-old, who has played twice for the first team since arriving from Manchester City’s youth academy in 2016.
Seeing the potential in him, Jurgen Klopp promoted Camacho to the first team, but the Portuguese international has decided to part his ways with the club due to the difference in opinion regarding his future with the Anfield management.
Camacho would get more playing time in the first team at Sporting, which is a big club in Portugal and taking his career to new heights of success
He played his debut game against Wolves in the FA Cup and his first Premier League fixture against Crystal Palace.
Sporting finished third in the Portuguese League this season and will play in the Europa League next season.
