Man United clear to sign England’s next best Star: Is he good enough?

Declan Rice has been touted as the next best thing in the English Football.

The current West Ham Midfielder, who can also slot in the Central Defense, has recently made his England debut in a 5-1 win over Montenegro.

Rice is under contract at the London Stadium until 2024, but West Ham boss Manuel Pellegrini is not against the idea of letting him leave, albeit for the right price.

Manchester United has recently expressed interest in taking Rice off West Ham hands and it seems like Pellegrini isn’t entirely against that idea:

“In that case, as always, it is just a matter of price,” said Pellegrini.

“There are big teams who decide to pay an important amount of money.

“Sure, if it is a good deal for the club and the player and improves his career, then we can do it.

“But I know nothing about that yet.”

With Herrera set to leave in the summer, would Declan Rice be a good signing?
