Manchester United are ready to offer Tottenham’s Christian Eriksen a deal worth £240,000 per week in an attempt to bring him to Old Trafford in this transfer window.
The Dane’s current wage of £80,000 per week is nothing compared to what the players of his quality earn across Europe.
With Tottenham unwilling to meet Eriksen’s demand, Ed Woodward and co. are planning to swoop in with a desire to triple his wages.
Eriksen joined the London Club in 2013 and has managed 64 goals and 85 assists in 268 games so far, a brilliant return for a midfielder.
The presence of Eriksen in our midfield alongside Pogba could provide us with the creative spark that we have been lacking in the midfield.
However, it won’t be easy to negotiate a deal with Daniel Levy who is known to be a tough person to deal with regarding player transfers.
