Manchester United signing Harry Maguire could see them miss out on Youri Tielemans according to Belgian football expert Kristof Terreur.
Maguire has been a subject of interest for both Manchester clubs.
Man United paid £30m for Rio Ferdinand in 2002 when they had a revenue of around £175m. 17% of their total income.
Man United have to pay £90m for Harry Maguire in 2019, when their turnover is around £590m. 15% of their total income.

However, It was revealed earlier this week that United has a second bid in the region of £70million turned down by the Foxes. (Sky Sports)
Leicester is standing firm on their £90 evaluation of the player making him the most expensive defender of all time ahead of Virgil Van Dijk.
However, Brendan Rodgers and Co. have transfer plans of their own to fund.
Youri Tielemans spent the second half of the previous season at King Power Stadium and displayed immense potential under Brendan Rodgers.
Belgian football expert Kristof Terreur claims that Monaco want £50m for the Belgian international and selling Maguire could fund that move.
“I think Leicester’s still in pole position to sign [Tielemans],” Terreur said on the Transfer Talk podcast.
“The problem is they didn’t have an option to buy him, otherwise it was an easy deal.
“They still have Adrien Silva on loan over there too.
“They might use him as a bargaining [tool] to lower the price.
“Monaco know [Tielemans] has performed well in the Premier League so they want at least £40m, if not £50m.
“Leicester at the moment are not willing to spend that money.
“It might change when Maguire is sold, for instance.
“Tielemans’ people had expected that a deal would have been done already a few weeks ago.”
Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is still said to be in the market for a centre back, a deep-lying midfielder to replace Ander Hererra and a striker should Romelu Lukaku’s much-anticipated move to Inter Milan goes through.
