Manchester United are confident of securing the signings of Lyon Striker Nicolas Pepe and PSG star Adrien Rabiot in the summer transfer window.

There have been rumours circling around the internet that Manchester United are going for a big clearout this summer with Ander Herrera the first casualty.

Players like Alexis Sanchez, Matteo Darmian and even Romelu Lukaku could have played the last game for the Red Devils and Woodward and co. have already expressed their interest in Lyon Striker Nicolas Pepe as a replacement for the Belgian.

The Ivory Coast Striker has already racked up 20 goals and 11 assists in the Ligue One this season and is almost certain to move on to a bigger club this summer with PSG willing to strike a deal for £45million.

However, given the choice, Pepe would prefer a move to the Premier League and Manchester United are interested in granting him his wish this summer transfer window.

Meanwhile, with the departure of Ander Herrera on a free, Manchester United are looking to complete a free signing of themselves in PSG’s Adrien Rabiot.

The Midfielder has had a rocky relationship with the management at the PSG which has seen him shunned off from the first team squad at the French Capital.

The 24-year-old is a box to box midfielder and a very good one at that and the Frenchman could be an ideal replacement for Ander Herrera if we can manager to pull this one off!

We had already cover both of these reports here and here. Hopefully, Ed Woodward and Ole Gunnar Solskjaer work their magic and pull off both these deal. That would be a good start of a summer rebuild!
