Manchester United are ready to offer Andreas Pereira to Leicester City in a part of a deal for £80m rated defender Harry Maguire.
The Red Devils have made the 26-year-old as their priority transfer target and are willing to break the transfer record for the Three Lions International.
The Leicester City defender had a brilliant world cup campaign last year which saw him linked to United with Jose Mourinho eager to bring him to the Old Trafford.
However, Ed Woodward was unwilling to sanction a fee of £60m at that point of time, as we dropped out of the race. Fast forward to this day, and we are reportedly ready to break the bank for the Foxes star.
Maguire to Man United has been the story of the summer, and now, if the latest reports are to be believed, Manchester United are even willing to offer midfielder Andreas Pereira to Leicester City to further sweeten the deal for the 26-year-old.
Brendan Rodgers is said to be a big fan of the Belgian born Brazilian as he wanted to bring him to Glasgow during his time as a Celtic manager.
With United vying for the signatures of midfielders, Andreas Pereira’s future at Manchester United looks bleak, especially after the meteoric rise of Scott McTominay.
A talented midfielder, Pereira can still go on to carve a brilliant career for himself at the Old Trafford, if given the right opportunities, but things aren’t looking very convincing as of right now.
