Manchester United fans are demanding manager Ole Gunnar Solksjaer give our youth players a chance after the majority of the first team squad have had a disappointing season.
The likes of Chris Smalling and Phil Jones are only good enough to be squad players while Marcos Rojo and Eric Bailly have spent most of the season injured. Matteo Darmian is set to be sold this summer while Antonio Valencia has already confirmed his departure after the end of this season.
With positions up for grab in the defence, Manchester United fans are demanding that the Club gives Axel Tuanzebe a chance to make his mark at the Old Trafford.
Tuanzebe is having a phenomenal season at Aston Villa after overcoming the injury problems that hindered his progress at the start of the season.
Manchester United’s head of the academy, Nicky Butt, has praised the development of the youngster and believes he has a great future at our Club:
“Axel is a very talented boy, who I do believe is going to have a good career at Manchester United,” Butt told United’s official website.
“There is no point sitting around not playing football and he’s gone to Aston Villa, who are a big, big club.
“He got injured but is back playing well again now and now he has a few big play-off games coming up.”
Do you think Axel Tuanzebe is good enough to make it at Manchester United?
