Manchester United’s long-term midfield target Adrien Rabiot is set to sign for Juventus in the next 24 hours, according to the latest reports.

The 24-year-old PSG star is available on a free transfer after a contract dispute with the Ligue One champions left him in a limbo for the last 6 months.
The Frenchman had just a year left on his PSG contract at the start of the last season but he refused to sign a contract extension with the club after the negotiations fell through because of the financial reasons.
In turn, PSG left him out of the squad as he was forced to train with the reserves after being suspended by the French Champions until the end of the March, for going to a nightclub, in the aftermath of a 3–1 loss to us in the Champions League round of 16.
There were also a few cases of him arriving late in the team-meeting and liking Patrice Evra’s Instagram posts of United’s win over PSG and you get the picture.
Now available on a free transfer, Manchester United were mightily interested in completing the deal for the talented Frenchman by offering him a £7m salary, which was slightly better than the offer from Juventus.
But, it seems like Adrien Rabiot has decided to join the Italian Champions ahead of us.
‘I’ve spoken with Juventus, it’s a great club where everyone would like to play.
‘I like Italy so much, it’s wonderful here. A demanding season awaits me.’
Ole Gunnar Solskjaer was said to be a big fan of the 24-year-old box to box midfielder who could have seamlessly filled the Ander Herrera sized gap in our midfield.
However, if this story means that Manchester United will now re-ignite their interest in Sporting CP’s Bruno Fernandes, then I’m all in for this one!
