Manchester United are set to complete the signing of Bruno Fernandes from Sporting CP after Nations League Finals, according to the reports.
Currently off to the international duty with Portugal, the 24-year-old has been a long term target of Manchester United as well as Manchester City.
There were recent reports suggesting that Manchester City were trying to gazump Man United’s deal for Bruno, but, apparently, we are back in business.
The Sporting CP Midfielder has been one of the most consistent performers across the European Leagues after collecting 20 goals and 13 assists in the Primeira League last season.
As per Manchester Evening News:

Ed Woodward is reportedly willing to fork out between £62m and £72m for the midfielder and are hoping to announce the deal as soon as the Nations League tournament wraps up.

Meanwhile, England was beaten 3-1 by Netherlands in the 2nd semi-final of the Nations League Cup yesterday as the Dutch book their spot into the final alongside Portugal.
England will now contest in a meaningless 3rd place match against Switzerland on Sunday before the finals of the Nations League.
