Manchester United will be able to secure three points against Aston Villa on Sunday despite their recent poor run predicts Michael Owen.
The Red Devils head into the game looking to bounce back to winning ways after the disappointment of their 2-1 loss to Astana in the Europa League on Thursday.
Writing in his column for BetVictor, Owen said:
Aston Villa’s comfortable 2-0 win against Newcastle United at Villa Park on Monday showed once again just how influential Jack Grealish – who was returning from injury – is to Dean Smith’s side, but I still expect Manchester United to keep all three points from what promises to be an entertaining Old Trafford clash on Sunday.
United have, at the time of writing, scored three times in their last three competitive games and they will certainly give Villa’s back four a sterner test than was the case against Newcastle at Villa Park earlier in the week.
Manchester United are aiming to try and break back into the top four after they finished sixth and without a trophy last season.
