If Manchester United were to sell Paul Pogba to Real Madrid, they will be asking for more than just cash. If the reports are to believed, Madrid star Vinicius must be part of the deal as well for the Red Devils to even consider it.
Mino Raiola might have said that Paul Pogba wants to stay at the Old Trafford, however, a desperate attempt to garner some sympathy and positive press makes it evident that he is looking for a new home for the midfielder in the summer.
Even though he is a Man United player right now, Madrid’s interest in the world-cup-winner is still very much alive.
With Pogba’s contract winding down the Red Devils know they may have to accept defeat in their efforts to retain the player, but are determined to get the best deal possible.
That are set to demand a cash-plus-player deal which would have to include Madrid’s Brazilian forward, reports Eldesmarque.
United are keen to ease the burden currently being carried by Marcus Rashford upfront and believe Vinicius could do so. In their eyes the 19-year-old is potentially a Ballon d’Or winner in the future and they are more than willing to have him at Old Trafford.
Alongside his arrival they would still demand £85m if Pogba were to swap England for Spain.
