Rashford has made a brilliant start to the Premier League season after scoring a brace in the 4-0 thumping of Chelsea at the Old Trafford.
The 21-year-old has established himself as the first-choice center forward under Ole Gunnar Solskjaer after the departure of Romelu Lukaku.
The English international is also a close friend to the 17-year-old Mason Greenwood who is being touted as the next big thing at Manchester United.
The young academy star has elevated himself into the first team under the Norwegian gaffer and Rashford has advised Ole on how to get the best out of the forward:
‘Mason is quite laid-back.
‘He just likes to enjoy his football.
‘I always think to myself that he’s not someone who you would necessarily give loads of information to.
‘Just tell him a few bits and let him just play; that’s how he gets about with his football.’
Meanwhile, Rashford has also revealed his admiration for 21-year-old Axel Tuanzebe who is set to stay at the Old Trafford this season after impressing at Aston Villa on loan last campaign.
The signing of Harry Maguire and the presence of Victor Lindelof could limit Tuanzebe’s opportunities in the first team, but the youngster can still get plenty of minutes in the cup games and Europa League:
‘For me, it’s no surprise to see the progress Axel has made.
‘I’ve been playing with Axel since we were kids and I remember, at about 16 or 17, he was the toughest one-v-one defender that I’d ever trained or played against.
‘I’ve always expected this from him. It’s funny how things work out, but now’s his time.’
Manchester United looks to be on the right path under Ole Gunnar Solskjaer and the likes of Axel Tuanzebe, Mason Greenwood and Marcus Rashford should play a big part if we are to get back to our glory days.
