Manchester United manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer thinks that at least three of our players are having a negative impact on the dressing room.
The Red Devils ended their terrible campaign with a 2-0 loss at home to an already relegated Cardiff City as we failed to qualify for the Champions League spot for third time in the last six years.
There’s still an outside chance Manchester United qualifies for the Champions League but in all honesty, we have been terrible and don’t deserve a spot in the Premier Competition of the Europe.
And now, according to the latest reports, Ole has singled out 3 players who are having a negative impact on the side.
The first name in the list is, of course, Alexis Sanchez.
Solskjaer thinks that Chilean’s enormous weekly wages has turned a few heads in the locker room with players like De Gea, Rashford and even Herrera (who has now confirmed his departure) stalling to sign a new contract unless they are offered a similar kind of wages.
Sanchez has spent most of his time on the treatment table, scoring just a couple of goals this season and it’s a big possibility that we won’t be seeing him in the Red shirt again.
The other 2 names in the list are of Romelu Lukaku and Eric Bailly.
Romelu Lukaku has openly flirted with the idea of a move to Serie A while Eric Bailly has generated some interest from Arsenal in the past. Both of them are not focal to the plans of our gaffer and could be set for a move away as a part of summer clear out.
Do you think any of these 3 players deserve to stay in the team next season?
