Paul Pogba hasn’t recovered from his ankle injury and thus will be unavailable for upcoming fixtures while continuing his rehabilitation claims Manchester United manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer.
Pogba has not started for Manchester United since the 1-1 draw with Arsenal back in September and he has only made five appearances in the Premier League this season.
This is what Solskjaer had to say when he was asked whether Pogba will be able to make a return before the new year:
Yeah, I hope so.
He is working hard to get fit and hopefully, we can get him back on the pitch.
Let’s get him fit and back in form. He will play loads of games. He’s one of the best players in the world and we’re looking forward to having him back.
Manchester United will return to the English Premier League on Sunday afternoon against struggling Everton at Old Trafford.
Solskjaer’s side has made some solid recovery after beating Tottenham and Manchester City on the trot and now sit fifth in the Premier League Table.
