Philippe Coutinho might be gearing up for Liverpool return

Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp is believed to be open to a deal that will see Philippe Coutinho return to the Anfield after a disappointing spell at Barcelona and Bayern Munich.

Philippe Coutinho was a star at the Anfield, a world-class performer for the Liverpool to say the least, however, has struggled badly since he moved to Barcelona in January 2018.

The Brazil international miserably failed to live up to expectations at the Camp Nou, and now finds himself out on loan at Bayern Munich for the season, though he has only been a shadow of his past in Germany as well.

According to the Express, this could see Coutinho make his way back to Liverpool as Klopp would be open to re-signing the playmaker with a £77million asking price.

Coutinho has rarely looked as good as he has in a Liverpool shirt, and he could also get his hands on major trophies at Anfield as Klopp’s side are reigning European Champions and surely heading for Premier League glory this year too.
