If the reports published in today’s Mirror is to be believed, Real Madrid are ready to shell out £73m cash plus two players plus £73m cash Paul Pogba.

Real Madrid outcasts James Rodriguez and Mariano Dias are reportedly the two players being offered in exchange for Pogba along with the cash.

Pogba has made only fringe appearances this season appearing only 5 times for Manchester United and has been out for last 2 months due to an ankle injury.

According to the Daily Mail, Frencham is pushing for a January move to Ral Madrid and is hell-bent on leaving Man Utd.

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has maintained that Pogba is vital to his plan, however, if the reports are true, he must consider the offer as both James and Mariano might be eventually good of the team.

James Rodriguez’s loan spell at Bayern Munich is now nearing an end and it is no secret that he doesn’t fit into Zidane’s plan at all, and thus will be happy to permanently move to a big club like Manchester United where he can make a mark.

The Colombian midfielder has the ability to play on the flanks too and he would be incredible for United. At the moment, United are in dire need of a creative player and Rodriguez can fit in perfectly as their creative hub.

His goalscoring prowess has also been notable – he claimed the World Cup Golden Boot in Brazil. Solskjaer can deploy Rodriguez as an attacking midfielder to create scoring opportunities for the likes of Marcus Rashford and Anthony Martial upfront.

Another of Real Madrid’s outcast, Mariano Diaz has not played a single minute in La Liga this season. His performances with Lyon made him a star in France and his return to Real Madrid has only seen his downfall.

The 26-year-old scored 21 times for the French outfit in 48 appearances. He has a knack for scoring goals of the highest quality. His performances can never be doubted and he has a lot to offer if given enough game time.

At United, Diaz could be a prolific striker to partner Rashford. Given his prowess, he would be capable of banging in the extra goals to aid the youngster, who is presently their top scorer. Solskjaer would also have the option to shuffle the two frontmen to ensure their fitness for a full season.

In another Manchester United transfer news, Manchester United are said to be interested in signing Arturo Vidal in January.
