Report: Everton drop asking-price of key player by over £10m, now prepared to sell

If the recent reports are to be believed, Everton are open to selling midfielder Idrissa Gueye in the summer transfer window.

The Senegalese star came very close to joining OSG in the January Window, but thanks to Silva and co, we managed to keep him for another six months.

However, if these reports are to believed, Man United are looking at the 29-year-old as a replacement for Ander Herrera who is set to join PSG in the summer.

The Red Devils are in a need for midfielders and they are looking at Decland Rice and Idrissa Gueye as possible options.

The report further states that while Everton were demanding money in the range of £40m for Idrissa in the January window, they are more than happy to let him go at less than £30m in the summer.

Maybe, we are looking to invest that money to sign Andre Gomes on a permanent deal? One thing’s for sure, we will need a decent replacement for Gueye if he does leave in the summer!
