Juventus have agreed to the personal terms with Romelu Lukaku as the Belgian is set for a move to the Turin based club in the next few days.
Romelu Lukaku and his agent have already made their intentions clear of wanting to leave the Old Trafford in the transfer window.
The 25-year-old Striker is unhappy over playing time under the manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer who has elevated Marcus Rashford as the first choice Striker ahead of the big Belgian.
While Inter Milan showed a concrete interest in acquiring the services of the 26-year-old, they could never agree on the financial terms with Man United.
However, a rare straight swap with Juventus involving Paulo Dybala benefits both the parties as the transfer is set to be completed in the next couple of days.
Romelu Lukaku is set to earn €9 million per season at Juventus which converts to £8.22m per year, and around £160,000-a-week, as per the reports.
However, any potential deal for Lukaku still depends on the decision of Paulo Dybala who has been excused from the preseason training at Juventus, amidst the transfer talks.
The Argentinian, who earned a meager €7.5m per season at Juventus, has demanded a massive £350,000-per-week wage to sign on the Man united papers, which is almost 3 times of what he earned in Italy.
Moreover, Dybala also wants to be exempted from 25 percent salary cut clause if the club fails to qualify for the Champions League which is pretty standard at the Old Trafford. You can read more about it here.
With Lukaku agreeing on to the personal terms with Juventus, it still remains to be seen whether Man United will agree to the demands made by Dybala.
The last few days of the summer transfer window are certainly promising to be an exciting as far as the Red Devils are concerned.
