Manchester United fans will be happy to know that Scott McTominay has returned to full training with the Red Devils and will be available for selection during the upcoming game against Chelsea.

The 23-year-old midfielder took part in a training session with his Man Utd team-mates the ongoing warm-weather training camp in Malaga, Spain, this week.

The Scottish midfielder has been out due to injury since the 4-1 win over Newcastle United on Boxing Day, however, it appears that he is now closing in on a comeback for the Old Trafford outfit.

With a trip to Chelsea, which is going to be crucial for the Champions League qualification, round the corner, McTominay’s return to action could not come at a better time.

Bruno Fernandes, who signed for the Red Devils during the January transfer window, was also seen in action as Manchester United continue their training camp in warmer climes.

Man Utd players will be walking into the game against the Blues knowing that a win at Stamford Bridge would cut the gap to fourth-placed Chelsea FC down to just three points.

Manchester United sit eighth place in the Premier League currently they chase a top-four finish.
