Swansea City and Wales Winger Daniel James has agreed personal terms with Manchester United, according to the latest reports from Sky Sports!
While Manchester United and Swansea are yet to agree on a price for the 21-year-old, the talks are ongoing between the two clubs.
Daniel James was set to join Leeds United in the January of this year with the Welsh agreeing personal terms with the Marcelo Bielsa’s side, however, the Welsh side cancelled the deal at the last minute of the deadline day after failing to agree on the price.
James is reportedly valued at 10 Million Pounds by Swansea which should rise to 15 Million Pounds with all the add-ons and bonuses.
The price quoted for James shouldn’t be a problem for Manchester United and Woodward. The youngster has been impressive for Swansea in the Championship and was also named in the Wales’ squad ahead of the next month’s Euro 2020 qualifying round matches.
Manchester United manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has already talked about the idea of signing young and upcoming talents instead of the big name stars in the summer transfer window.
And with Ryan Giggs suggesting Daniel James to Solskjaer as the first signing of the Ole era, there would be a fair bit of expectations on the young shoulders of the lightning fast winger.
Let’s see how this one works out. Good Luck Daniel James!
