Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has ‘demanded’ Ed Woodward to complete the signing of Sporting Lisbon Star Bruno Fernandes ahead of the rivals Manchester City.

Manchester United are in a need of a Midfielder who can create and score goals, something that the Red Devils have been lacking from the middle.

Bruno Fernandes is having a terrific season in Portugal notching up 25 goals and 15 assists in 44 appearances so far. The 24-year-old is one of the most in-demand players in Europe and has attracted the interested from several big European Clubs, including Manchester City and Manchester United.

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is said to be a big fan of the Portuguese Star but so is Pep Guardiola!

It has been reported that Bruno’s agent Miguel Pinho is ready to listen to the offers for his client from Manchester United and City, compare and evaluate them and then decide on the 24-year-old’s future.

Arsenal are also set to be interested in the services of Bruno but the Portuguese has a release clause of €100 million (£85m) which should comfortably rule out the Gunners.
