Manchester United manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has handed over a seven-player wishlist to ‘The Glazers’ for the upcoming transfer window.

The Norwegian is expected to oversee a major overhaul of the United squad in the summer as they look to rectify the mistakes of previous transfer window failures.

The Red Devils are desperate to match the prowess of Premier League trailblazers Man City and Liverpool meaning they’ll have to reach deep into their pockets in the transfer market.

The future’s of many frontline United stars like David De Gea, Paul Pogba, Alexis Sanchez and Romelu Lukaku remains at large with Ander Hererra’s departure already confirmed.

Solskjaer wants a quick overhaul of his team as he wants his new players on the pre-season tour.

According to the Evening Standard, He has handed the Glazers a seven-player transfer wishlist of names he’d like to bring at Old Trafford in the summer.

Alexis Sanchez’s remarkable flop show and Anthony Martial’s antics off the field seem to have gotten on Solskjaer’s nerves as he looks to offload them both in search of a new right winger.

United have reportedly agreed terms with Daniel James with a 15m move in the offing.

Although it was earlier believed that Jadon Sancho was United’s top priority, Borussia Dortmund seem adamant to keep hold of their prized asset.

The Red Devils are also in the hunt for a world-class centre half after missing out on a series of targets the last term.

Kalidou Koulibaly and Harry Maguire are two of their most desired targets, but United have been told that the pair will come at a premium.

Midfield could see the most number of additions this summer with as many as three players touted to arrive at Old Trafford.

United have been severely jolted by Ander Hererra’s departure, and Everton’s midfield general Idrissa Gueye has been named as a potential replacement.

Solskjaer is also said to be ready to match arch-rivals Man City for Portuguese midfielder Bruno Fernandes who has been an absolute revelation this season.

Speaking of Portuguese revelations, Joao Felix of Benfica completes the seven-man shortlist.
