Steven Gerrard is full of praise for the Liverpool winger Sheyi Ojo, who is on a season-long loan at the Rangers.
The 22-year-old made a dream start for his club, as he scored a goal in Rangers 4-0 win over St Joseph’s in the qualification process for the UEFA Europe League.
Liverpool legend, Steven Gerrard will be managing Sheyi Ojo at Rangers, for the second consecutive season, and thinks Ojo “has got everything” to become a top player for the club.
“He has got everything in the locker – he is quick, he is strong, he is powerful, he takes on the information.
“From a manager’s point of view, you know he is going to take on the tactical information, you see him chasing back and making fouls and getting yellow cards.
Gerrard thinks that Ojo can improve his performances and become a top player only if he
can keep the intensity throughout the 90 minutes.
Ojo is a Liverpool academy graduate and has represented England at every age group stage from the under-16s till the under-21’s.
Ojo has spent the last three years on loan at Stade Reims, Fulham and Wolves.
Ojo has also made 13 appearances for the Liverpool first team.
