The Reds managed to overturn the 3-0 first-leg deficit to knock out Barcelona 4-0 in the return fixture of their Champions League semi-final at the Anfield.

In the Premier League , Liverpool is just a point behind of the defending champions Manchester City for the final round of fixtures ending this weekend.
Speaking to Sky Sports about Liverpool significant improvement over the last 12 months at Anfield, Van Dijk claimed that the Reds can get even better in the future.
“That’s something we work towards,” Van Dijk said. “I feel that (Manchester) City already have that bit of status because they have been dominating last year so much.
“Hopefully we can keep going and make it very difficult for any team in the world.
“We have a great age group. Between 20 and 27, 28, so hopefully we can do it all together for the next couple of years at least and grow as a team and hopefully get a lot of success.”
Liverpool can win the Premier League title if they beat the Wolves and Manchester City drawing or losing to Brighton Hove and Albion in Sunday’s fixture.
The Merseyside outfit Liverpool haven’t won the Premier title since 1990 despite finishing in second place in 2002, 2009 and 2014.
