Man United fans have taken to Twitter to react to latest Harry Maguire transfer update after the club lodged a £70m bid for the 26-year-old.
According to multiple reports recently, Manchester rivals United and City are ready to go head to head for the Englishman as both clubs are in need of a commanding centre back.
Pep Guardiola’s side are looking to replace their charismatic captain Vincent Kompany who has left the club after 11 seasons.
Whereas, Manchester United are looking for major fixes in their defence after enduring their worst ever defensive campaign in the Premier League conceding 53 goals.
Now, according to Sky Sports, Leicester City have swiftly turned down United’s second bid in the region of £70m for Englishman as they look to stand firm on their £90m valuation of the player.
It’s safe to say that Manchester United fans were not pleased with the report as they took to Twitter to react to Sky’s Maguire transfer update.
Many United fans are left frustrated that the Foxes did not budge to their club’s second bid for the 26-year-old, also having a feeling that Leicester are exploiting United owing to the inflation in the transfer market.
Take a look!
Getting rinsed again. He's not worth that much. United's policy of only buying British is flawed and expensive. There's better CB out there who would cost less. For a club united's size the scouting is rubbish.

Overrated. Go for Issa Diop or Ruben Diaz then.

Walk away, don’t pay more than £70m

Don't waste time on him. Trigger Alderweireld's release clause.

Great news. Average defender. £70m for him would have been a madness. There are far better defenders on the continent than him for half the price.
