Wolves vs Manchester United: Official Starting Eleven, Live Coverage

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s Manchester United will take on Nuno Espirito Santo’s Wolves live at the Molineux Stadium tonight in the Premier League.

Manchester United had a perfect start to their Premier League season after registering an emphatic 4-0 win over Chelsea at the Old Trafford last week.

While Ole and the United squad was criticized for their inconsistencies and the fitness issue last season, the new signings of Daniel James, Aaron Wan-Bissaka and Harry Maguire have brought in a different dynamic and freshness to the squad that has been missing in the recent seasons.

The Red Devils are still working hard on Alexis Sanchez’s fitness, although, the rumours have it that the Chilean has been asked to leave by the gaffer, while the likes of Eric Bailly and Timothy Fosu-Mensah are the long term absentee.

Meanwhile, Wolves managed a scoreless draw in the first game of the Premier League season, and the Nuno’s side would like to continue their trend of being the ‘giant-killers’ by claiming 3 points against the visitors.

Wolves were also involved in the mid-week Europa League game, however, the gaffer managed to rest most of his first-team squad including Raul Jimenez and Diogo Jota for the majority of the game, so fatigue shouldn’t be an issue.

PREDICTION

Manchester United are riding high on the confidence after Chelsea demolition, and while Wolves are a formidable side with a good organization, we can expect a United win at the Molineux Stadium.

We predict a 2-1 win for the visitors with striker Marcus Rashford and midfielder Paul Pogbaa scoring the goals for the Red Devils.

It will be a tough game for United. Wolves are a well organised and difficult side to break down. They are dangerous on the break with players to cause problems. It will be a test for United to see how far they have progressed in their tactics.
